Open to current post-secondary students, this presentation explores the emotional and practical realities of transitioning from school into the workforce. While graduation is an important milestone, many students report feeling unprepared, uncertain, or low in confidence as they step into a new social and professional identity. These experiences can bring up stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or even a sense of loss.

This session creates space to better understand those challenges and build practical strategies for navigating them with confidence.

By participating in this workshop, students will:

  • Identify common challenges that arise during the transition after graduation
  • Learn practical strategies to manage those challenges
  • Explore community resources that can support a smoother transition
