What is the CICMH Student Ambassador Badge?

The CICMH Student Ambassador Badge recognizes students who have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to learning about and supporting campus mental health. It is a professional development opportunity that can showcase your learning and involvement on your LinkedIn profile and resume.

How do I earn the badge?

To earn the CICMH Student Ambassador Badge, you must complete a combination of CICMH learning opportunities:

  • Attend one live CICMH webinar
  • Complete two CICMH e-learning courses, or complete one e-learning course and attend one CICMH Student event
  • Follow CICMH on LinkedIn

You must also be currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution when you submit your information for the badge.

What can I expect from the student presentations?

CICMH student presentations are educational information sessions that explore common experiences students may encounter during their post-secondary journey. They are designed to provide information, normalize conversations around mental health and well-being, and introduce practical ways of thinking about these topics.

Please note: These presentations are not counselling sessions and do not provide mental health treatment or individualized mental health advice.
