Ride the Wave
Our skill-building workshops are designed to offer practical tips for increasing resilience, managing stress and developing strategies to cope with the turbulence of life. Students are invited to drop in for hour-long workshops delivered by professional counsellors from the Student Wellness Centre on both Waterloo and Branford campuses. Workshops include Meditation, Coping with Difficulty, Mindful Eating, and Consent & Healthy Relationships. Students who attend any ten workshops are eligible to receive the Wellness Education Certificate.
