Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Anxiety is our body’s completely normal response to a threat to our well-being. We need anxiety and fear to react accordingly in the face of danger. Sometimes, this anxiety or fear can come on suddenly and uncontrollably, leading to a panic attack.
