The Centre Published in the International Journal of Mental Health and Addictions

Systemic issues in the post-secondary mental health sector, including the challenges of maintaining best practices, are key issues in newly published research by the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health (the Centre).

Authored by the Centre’s Research and Knowledge Exchange Coordinator, Pearlyn Ng, and Director, Marija Padgen, “An Overview of Post-Secondary Mental Health on Campuses in Ontario: Challenges and Successes” also highlights standards in post-secondary mental health program evaluation and outcomes of projects funded under the provincial government’s Mental Health Innovation Fund [https://news.ontario.ca/maesd/en/2015/01/the-mental-health-innovation-fund.html ].    

The article was published in the International Journal of Mental Health and Addictions and sheds light on the sector-wide issues on campuses which can, in turn, support improved outcomes for post-secondary students.
