About Riley Wells

Riley is a Computer & Software Engineering Graduate from Queen’s University. During his early years at Queen’s, he got involved with mental health advocacy by joining Queen’s for The Boys, a Men’s Mental Health and Wellness club.

In his final year of university, Riley began working with Jack.org as a Jack Talks speaker, leading mental health conversations for youth around Canada.

Riley believes the key to mental wellness is found in the destigmatization of the topic through open discussions with friends and loved ones.
