Mindfulness Group for Students with ASD

Mindfulness for students with ASD is a research-based initiative that provides support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program runs for two hours, once a week, for eight weeks and uses mindfulness-based practices that have been demonstrated to effectively increase self-awareness and reduce stress and mental health concerns. This group is a safe space for students to learn how to cope with stress in a healthy way.
