Community-Based Child and Youth Mental Health Program

Independent Auditor's Report from the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario

An audit Report from the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario

One in five children and youth in Ontario will experience mental health challenges, according to the Canadian Mental Health Association. Timely supports for these young people can provide lifelong benefits. Our audit looked at whether the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with Ontario Health and community-based agencies, has effective processes for funding, planning and overseeing evidence-based mental health services for children and youth across our province.
