ConnexOntario can help you find community services and supports for students who are struggling with mental health, addiction or problem gambling issues. Information and Referral Specialists answer all calls, emails or webchat requests 24/7. The service is free, confidential and anonymous. Connex can:

provide contact information for services and supports in the student’s community
listen, offer support and provide strategies
provide basic education about gambling, drug or alcohol and mental health problems
