Bounceback has updated their tip sheet that can be promoted to students at the beginning of the school year – when they are fresh and ready to take charge – to remind them to keep their mental health in check.

This means incorporating healthy eating, exercise, and sleeping habits, as well as social and stress management activities into their daily routines right from the start. That way, they are better prepared to take on life’s challenges and better able to deal with stress, worry, and being overwhelmed from student life.
