This study investigated post-secondary educators’ attitudes toward disability at a college and a university in southwestern Ontario. The findings suggest that post-secondary educators hold overall positive attitudes toward disability and that experiences with people who have a disability were positively associated with their attitudes, including both personal and professional experiences.
