Report – A Generation Under Pressure: Economic and Employment Challenges on Youth Mental Health (November 2025)

This report, in partnership with GreenShield, examines how financial strain, unstable employment, and uneven access to support are impacting youth mental health in Canada. Findings show widespread distress that may affect long-term social and economic stability.


Report Series – High Stakes: A Mental Health Perspective on Gambling in Canada (November 2025)

Created with Greo Evidence Insights, this series explores the link between gambling and mental health issues. Data shows that individuals experiencing problem gambling face increased risk of financial strain, social isolation, psychological distress, and in severe cases, suicidal ideation.


Report – Mental Health and Substance Use in Canadian Households: Does Composition Matter? (November 2025)

This report analyzes how caregiving responsibilities and household structure influence mental well-being and substance use. The findings highlight declines in mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic among individuals with high caregiving demands.
