Presenter Bios

Natasha Dennis joined ConnexOntario over eight years ago, and manages a diverse team whose focus is on the provision of accurate, reliable and up-to-date data for mental health and addiction programs in Ontario. Natasha’s role also includes corresponding with governments, Local Health Integration Networks, social planning bodies, service providers and other professionals for the purposes of contributing statistical data for the development of public policy and strategic planning around resources. Natasha is an alumni of the University of Waterloo, where she completed an undergraduate and master’s degree.


Laura Cornish joined ConnexOntario ten years ago, she currently works in the role of Health Data Liaison, for Colleges and Universities. Laura has the responsibility of gathering and maintaining data about mental health and addictions programs offered at Colleges and Universities across Ontario. Prior to this role, Laura answered the ConnexOntario helplines, as an Information and Referral Specialist and Problem Gambling Support Specialist. Laura completed her undergraduate degree at Western University and will be starting her master’s degree at Western University in the fall. Laurahas also taken courses at both Fanshawe College and McMaster University.
