In this webinar, researchers from The Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC) will present findings from their work related to postsecondary students’ persistence, graduation and labour market outcomes. Nearly one-quarter of Ontario students enroll in but do not complete a Post-Secondary Education (PSE) credential. Some learners—especially students from marginalized backgrounds, including those with mental health accessibility needs—experience barriers at every stage of PSE and in their transitions into the labour market. The presentation will explore differences in students’ PSE completion rates and the individual and social costs of students’ non-completion. French closed captioning will be available.
