Supporting Resilience on Campus

Navigating the post-secondary realm often involves adapting to difficult and unexpected challenges. Resilience helps us successfully overcome these challenges and maintain our wellbeing in the face of adversity. In this webinar, we are joined by Selena Norman from CICMH to discuss Thriving in the Classroom, a toolkit that provides staff with the necessary tools to create an environment that supports resiliency for both themselves and their students. This session will discuss the four kinds of resilience (community, personal, academic, and career) that can promote wellbeing and strengthen resilience in virtual and in-person classrooms, ensuring everyone thrives on campus and beyond.
