In this Q&A style webinar, we will be joined by Dr. Warren Clarke from the University of Manitoba to discuss the intersectional nature of mental health and its impact on Black men. Specifically, we will examine how anti-black racism, masculinity, and other factors can influence mental health outcomes. As the founder of The Barbershop Talk Series, Dr. Clarke will also discuss the importance of engaging Black men in honest and culturally safe conversations about their experiences. Our goal for this webinar is to foster a nuanced understanding of the unique experiences faced by Black communities and to inform how campuses can support their mental well-being. Closed captioning in French will be available.
