In this webinar, we’re inviting Dianne Wintermute, ARCH Disability Law Centre, and our colleague Isabelle Aubé, Mental Health Works to speak about the transition from post-secondary education to the workplace.

Join our guests as they discuss the obligations and responsibilities as per the Ontario Human Rights Code and AODA, and the 13 psychosocial factors influencing psychological health.

Presenter Bios

Dianne Wintermute was called to the bar in 1984.  Most of her career has been dedicated to advancing and defending the rights and entitlements of persons with disabilities by providing advice, representation in test case litigation, law reform activities and legal education.  She has appeared before various administrative tribunals and at all levels of Court including the Supreme Court of Canada.

 

Isabelle Aubé

A Bilingual Trainer / Facilitator at CMHA Ontario, Isabelle Aubé is a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor with a passion for promoting mental health in the workplace. She uses her skills as a certified business and lifestyle coach trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to inspire participants to make positive steps into well-being.

In her personal life, Isabelle is busy preparing Futsal athletes for international competitions as Canada’s National Women’s Futsal Team Manager.

Isabelle was a 2020 & 2021 Global Top 500 Award recipient, among esteemed individuals such as Elon Musk, Oprah Winfrey, Jim Kwik, Kamala Harris, and Greta Thunberg, for her contributions in the Sports Industry and Indigenous communities.

Formatrice / Animatrice bilingue à L’ACSM Ontario, Isabelle Aubé est une conseillère certifiée en santé et sécurité psychologiques passionnée par la promotion de la santé mentale au milieu du travail. Elle utilise ses compétences en tant que coach certifiée en affaires et  ses connaissances en programmation neurolinguistique pour inspirer les participants à prendre des mesures positives.

Dans sa vie personnelle, Isabelle entraîne des athlètes élites en Futsal pour représenter le Canada à l’international en tant qu’entraîneur chef de l’équipe de Futsal nationale féminine. Isabelle a été lauréate du Global Top 500 2020 & 2021, parmi des personnalités estimées telles que Elon Musk, Jim Kwik, Jay Shetty, Kamala Harris et Greta Thunberg, pour ses contributions à l’industrie du sport et aux communautés autochtones.
