Eric Windeler from receives honorary degree

Eric Windeler, the founder of has been presented with an honorary degree from Queens University this week. is a national charity, focused on creating a national network on student leaders and advocates around mental health issues. Windeler’s son Jack, began his arts and science degree at Queen’s in 2009 but never made it to graduation day. Jack suffered from mental illness during his time at Queen’s, unknown to his family and friends until they received a call in March 2010 that they had lost Jack to suicide.
