Campus Mental Health Know Your Rights: A guide for students who want to seek help for mental illness or emotional distress.

This is an American resource/guide for college and university students that aims to help them learn about their legal rights when seeking mental health services. The guide also explains what students can expect in their interactions with mental health service providers and what obligations they might have. The guide was developed by the Leadership21 Committee, a group of young adults advising the Bazelon Center, with the assistance of senior staff attorney Karen Bower and publications director Lee Carty.
