Episode 4 – Return to Campus with Marija Padjen and Kirstin Grant
In this episode, CICMH Director Marija Padjen and Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Division’s Director of People and Wellness Kirstin Grant will share tips and resources for both staff and students returning to in-person campus life. They will also highlight a resource created by CMHA Ontario on returning to the physical workplace.

About Marija Padjen
Marija is the Director for the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health (CICMH). Prior to joining CICMH, she was the Chief Program Officer at the Alzheimer Society. She is a strong believer in collaboration and has over 20 years’ experience in health care leadership. Marija holds a BA from McGill University and a BSW and MSW from York University.
About Kirstin Grant
Kirstin is the Director of People and Wellness for Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Division (CMHA Ontario). Kirstin has over 20 years of international HR leadership experience in the professional services and not-for-profit sectors, including EVP HR at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Canada Practice Leader, Talent Consulting at EY. Kirstin believes in empowering people to transform organizations from the inside out and is a long-time advocate for psychological wellness in the workplace.
