According to a 2020 paper on sleep quality during the Covid-19 pandemic, during isolation 66.8% of Canadians reported poor quality of sleep and 39.2% reported clinical insomnia. These findings illustrate the poor state of rest and sleep in Canada and highlight the importance of learning rest and sleep skills.
