  • Describing the purpose of the program
  • Staff/volunteer responsibilities and commitment requirements
  • Eligibility criteria for the program
  • Skills and qualities you’re looking for in a candidate
  • Learning outcomes and skills development
  • A high-level overview of the application process
  • Contact information if interested applicants have any questions about the process
