3.2 Designing the Tools and Collecting your Data
With your evaluation goals and data collection plan in place, developing the tools with which to collect your data is a natural next step. Some common data collection methods were outlined in section 02, here we will focus on how to build two (2) widely used tools that can be easily customized and used in your evaluation work, surveys and focus groups.
