2.2.2 Assess & Ensure Evaluation Program Readiness
Assessing and ensuring evaluation readiness is the first step. For a program to be deemed ready for evaluation, it should have a clear program description or program logic model outlining the problem it addresses; the rationale for service delivery method or model it deploys; a description of the services it offers; the roles and responsibilities of staff/volunteers responsible for delivering services, and how their roles and responsibilities are essential in achieving the intended short and long-term outcomes.
